Job Description
.1. Conduct certification and re
- certification audit for management systems
- Certification Application Review
- Audit planning
- Conducting of audits and follow up of non conformities if any
- Writing of audit reports and submission of client’s file for certification decision
- Communicating to clients decision of the certification committee 2. Conducting surveillance audit
- Planning of audits
- Conducting of audits and follow up of non conformities if any
- Reporting on continual compliance and give opinion on maintenance of certification 3. Complaint handling on service and certified client
- Receiving of complaint
- Processing of complaints
- Follow up complaint and effectively close the complaint
- Giving feedback to clients 4. Participate in system development, maintenance and improvement
- Writing up of any documentation that may be required
- Carry out all activities as per available policies, manuals, procedures, etc
- Report any inadequacies and make proposal for improvement of the system 5. Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and submit them to the supervisor
Job Profile
A0 in Food sciences, Microbiology, Laboratory technology, Agriculture sciences or Quality Management Systems Key technical skills and knowledge required:
- High analytical skills;

- Excellent communication skills;
- Computer skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French; knowledge of all is an advantage8
