Job Description
Participate in and elaborate the development and implementation of action plans related to the technical training quality assurance Implement technical training to IPRC and stakeholders for technical training quality assurance based on approved standards, norms, criteria and indicators of technical training in line with ToT implementation framework; Implement mentoring and coaching quality management to TVET institutions and stakeholders for technical training based on approved standards, norms, criteria and indicators of academic quality assurance; Implement the communication and data management on quality audits, mentoring and coaching regarding ToT monitoring through TVET Management Information System; Ensure capacity building of academic / teaching staff regarding technical upgrade skills Implement communication and collaboration on ToT quality audits, mentoring and coaching regarding ToT monitoring procedures; Provide technical and professional advice to her/his supervisor on technical ToT monitoring approaches in line with new instructional technologies for quality training delivery ; Provide inputs in the setup of the standards, norms, criteria and indicators for TVET trainer licensing/certification processes; Provide inputs in the preparation of procedural and operational guidelines between general inspectorate, Districts and TVET institutions; Carry out any other task assigned by her/his supervisor.
Job Profile
Bachelor Degree in Arts and Humanities with Education and Education Sciences . Key technical skills and knowledge
- Specialist knowledge and competency supported by relevant qualification:
- Relevant skills in training using Participatory & Active teaching methods.
- Ped agogical skills and knowledge
- Strong knowledge in TVET system.
- Additional training in CBT training
- Reporting skills
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French
