Job Director of Training Gitagata Organization NATIONAL REHABILITATION SERVICE

Job Description
To plan and organize the recruitment process of new candidates To induce new staff in their professional work place To provide teaching materials and equipment’s to the new appointed staff To initiate the new staff appointed by professional and deontological briefing To assess the effectiveness of training program To provide recommendations for training improvement Develop testing and evaluation procedures Development of classes for staff members Establish training timetable To plan and coordinate industrial attachment of students To coordinate examination and certification activities Conducting monthly, quarterly and annual reports on the progress of training program of the center Maintaining records of center’s trainees and graduates prepare scheme of work To provide teaching materials for training Monitoring and follow up of training delivery To update training curriculum basing on market needs To coordinate training of trainers To tailor the program with competence based To organize and put in place mechanisms to follow up the center’s graduates Propose the upgrading of training equipment Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other education materials and tools To use knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training To increase capacity building via demonstrations, meetings, conferences and workshops To prepare field training studies To ensure accreditation of technical and vocational training center To attend exhibition training shows Prepare training budget for department organization To analyze training needs. To develop new training programs, to Modify and improve existing programs. To coordinate established courses with technical and profession courses provided by community schools and designate training procedures.
Job Profile
A0 in Education, Construction,Psychopedagogy with 3 years of working Experience or Master or equivalent in Education, Construction, Psychopedagogy with 1 year of working Experience Key technical skills and knowledge required:

- High analytical and problem solving skills;
- Management Skills
- Decision making skills;
- Excellent communication skills ;
- Very effective organization skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/or French.
