Job Description
Main duties and Responsabilities:
- Coordinate, at first degree, the planning, budgeting, resource mobilization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation reporting related to infrastructure management at the team level;
- Coordinate, at first degree, the elaboration of a local strategy on infrastructure management, monitor its implementation across the District and produce consolidated reports thereof;
- Supervise, at first degree, all staff members of the Infrastructure Management Team and their field deployment;
- Assist technically and provide advice to the Director of One Stop Centre in matters pertaining to infrastructure management;
- Initiate, in collaboration with other relevant stakeholders, and co
- supervise the implementation of campaigns meant to raise local population awareness on the benefits of public infrastructure management.
Job Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Infrastructure Projects Management, Logistics Management, Building Construction Technology with 2 years of working experience Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- Extensive knowledge in Infrastructure Management

- Judgment & Decision Making Skills;
- Time management Skills;
- Team working Skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
