Job Procurement Officer at Gakoma Hospital Organization GISAGARA DISTRICT

Job Description
"1. Publish all relevant documents on Procurement Publication System (PPS) and dg market; 2. Conduct bids opening evaluation of bids and recommend tender award; 3.Prepare notification of tender award; 4. Make purchasing order; 5. Verify suppoting documents related to invoices 6. Prepare bidding documents; 7. Publish tender notice in news papers and distribute tender documents; 8. Draft the contract of tender award; 9. Receive goods ordered in collaboration with the beneficiary department 10. Participate in environmental hygiene of the hospital 11. Perform any other responsibities provided by regulations on public procurement. 12. Produce monthly, quarterly and annual reports of activities 13. Perform other related duties as required "
Job Profile
A0 in Procurement, Management, Accounting, Law, Public Finance, Economics Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- High Analytical Skills;
- Knowledge of basic business and purchasing practices;
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Knowledge of state contracting laws, regulations and procedures;
- Knowledge of grades, qualities, supply and price trends of commodities;
- Time Management Skills;
- Decision making Skills;
- Computer Skills;
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
