Job Recovery Officer A0 (under contract) Organization KARONGI DISTRICT
Level 5.II Reports To Director of Administration and Finance

Job Description

- Supervise and coordinate all recovery department staff;
- Transmit invoice to the debtor;
- Make weekly report on verification invoice linked with EMR system;
- Make the monthly report debt situation;
- Establish circuit payment at the hospital;
- Make the evaluation circuit and followed for payment of hospital;
- Audits of payments and billing services;
- Supervise the billing at the hospital;
- Resolve billing members of health insurances;
- Perform any other duty asked by his supervisor in the work;
- Observe and respect the values & taboos as developed in the internal regulation rules.
Job Profile
A0 in Accounting, Finance or Management with specialization in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualification recognised by IFAC (ACCA, CPA, etc). Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of cost analysis techniques;
- Knowledge to analyze complex financial information & Produce reports;
- Deep understanding of financial accounts;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Communication skills;
- Strong IT skills, particularly in financial software (SMART IFMIS);
- Judgment & Decision Making Skills;
- High Analytical Skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Time management Skills;
- Complex Problem solving;
- Flexibility Skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
