Job Description
•Manage and coordinate the LCF grant fund in line with the Project Implementation Manual in close collaboration with relevant LODA and District staff, ITA LED and NTAs LED •Front office and administrative support function to Districts for LCF •Effectively manage and monitor grants paid out to beneficiaries •Mobilize additional resources for LCF
Job Profile
A Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration with specialization in Accounting or finance. A minimum of 5 years' experience after graduation for a Bachelor's Degree holder and a minimum of three years' experience after graduation for a Master's Degree holder; Working in grant fund management, Local Economic Development (LED), entrepreneurship development, private sector development, financial management domain is an added advantage. To hold a Rwandan Nationality THE ABOVE SHOULD BE PROVEN BY RELEVANT DEGREES AND CERTIFICATES. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED WITHOUT PROOF WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. TECHNICAL SKILLS Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French. Knowledge of both French and English will be an added advantage; Strong management and coordination skills proven by certificates; Good experience with internal management processes related to activity; implementation and financial follow
