Job Description

- ? To develop and follow up the Committee work plan in consultation with the Chairperson ? To provide procedural and analytical support to Committee ? To assist the Committee in the exercise of oversight over the Executive ? To attend Plenary sittings and incorporate amendments into adopted laws ? To prepare Committee meeting reports ? To attend Committee meetings and write reports thereof ? To prepare and participate in field visits and write reports thereof ? To draft and correct Committee meetings reports ? To ensure the filing of Committee documents ? To liaise with the Research Unit with regard to research and consultancy support to the Committee ? To manage Committee stakeholders interface ? To provide administrative support to the Committee ? To make a tentative agenda and draft Committee correspondence ? To avail documentation and any other necessary tools
Job Profile
A0 in Law with 3 years of working experience or Master's Degree in Law Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of Office Administration;
- Communication Skills;
- Interpersonal Skills;
- Organizational Skills;
- Stress Management Skills;
- Time Management Skills;
- Analytical & Problem solving Skills;
- Knowledge of Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
