Job Description
Organize, plan and implement in coordinating the preparation of school leadership and management plans. Identify and analyze capacity building needs assessment of school management and leadership, Develop and implement school administrative monitoring tools Implement strategies that keep improving school administration and leadership management procedures, Develop an accurate and timely school administration and leadership management report Create and maintain records of school administration and leadership management results. Make regular monitoring report on school management and leadership Supervise the development of training materials for training program Participate and/or support in the organization of pedagogical training of trainers upgrade sessions, Monitor the achievement of objectives set by the pedagogical training Liaise with local, regional and international institutions in delivering training Provide inputs on the identification/selection of master trainers Provide professional and technical advice to her/his supervisors. Perform all other tasks assigned by her/his supervisors
Job Profile
College campus Schools Administrative Monitor College campus Schools Administrative Monitor Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Agfriculture, Hospitality & Recreational Arts. PGD in education will be an added advantage . Key technical skills and knowledge:
- Management skill
- Relevant skills in training using Participatory & Active teaching methods.
- Strong knowledge in TVET system.
- Additional training in CBT training Specialist knowledge and competency supported by relevant qualification:
- Pedagogical skills and knowledge
- Strong knowledge in TVET system.
- Additional training in CBT training
- Good Reporting skills
