Job Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialisation in Human Resources, Business Administration with specialisation in Human Resources, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with 3 years of working experience or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialisation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with specialisation in Human Resources with 1 year of working experience. Key technical skills & knowledge required:
- Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures;
- Knowledge of organisational structure, workflow, and operating procedures;
- Knowledge in Monitoring & System Evaluation;
- Leadership and management skills;
- Planning and organisational skills;
- High Analytical skills;
- Communication skills;
- Time management skills;
- Interviewing skills;
- Judgment & Decision making skills;
- Complex Problem Solving skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English or French; knowledge of all these three (3) languages is an advantage.
