Job Administrative Assistant to the Ombudsman Organization OMBUDSMAN OFFICE

Job Description
To manage the secretariat of the Ombudsman;
- Preparing and organizing appointments of the Ombudsman;
- Registering, handling and filing the documents within the Cabinet of the Ombudsman;
- Orienting visitors having appointments with the Ombudsman;
- Managing the Diary of the Ombudsman;
- Managing the equipments and materials put at the disposal of the cabinet of the Ombudsman;
- Managing equipments and materials put at his/her disposal
- To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Profile
Profile: A1 in Secretariat Studies, Office Management Or A0 in Secretariat Studies, Office Management, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Management, Sociology, Social Work, Law Key technical skills and knowledge required:
- Knowledge in Office management;
- Knowledge of customer care satisfaction;
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills;
- Office Management Skills;
- Excellent Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal Skills;
- Computer knowledge (Work Processing, Power Point and Internet)
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
- Time management skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
