Job Description
? Participate in meetings with Representatives of UN & International Development Agencies..; ? Carry out a guided research on UN & International Development Agencies issues; ? Draft briefs, speeches and Diplomatic notes and messages; ? Perform general protocol duties at technical level; ? Follow up on activities and programs related to UN & International Development Agencies. ? Prepare meetings and participate in negotiation and conclusion of agreements between Rwanda and UN & International Development Agencies. ? Prepare visit of top Authorities of the country and of partners of Rwanda travelling to UN & International Development Agencies. ? Make sure that the Unit develops and maintains close and good working relations with UN & International Development Agencies accredited to Rwanda
Job Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, International Relations/ Studies, Law, Diplomacy, Communications, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Development Studies, Commerce , Project Management, Public Policy, Agriculture Sciences, Public Health , Environmental Science, Veterinary Science, Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, Education Sciences, Political Sciences, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Medical Sciences, Literature, Linguistics, Philosophy, Modern Foreign Languages, Speech, Classic Languages, History, Psychology, Sociology, Politics, Gender Studies, Geography, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics. Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
