Job Description
• Undertake and lead data collection for the ENR RBME indicators • Verify and ensure quality of collected data to inform management of performance and decision making • Identify and develop new sector performance indicators • Work with the planning, M&E teams to update the sector Key Performance Indicators • Develop and maintain the sector performance indicators description sheets and metadata base • Produce dashboards, presentations and reports through the ENR/RBME system • Develop and implement validation rules for sub sector and district reports • Identify new baseline studies to be carried out and supervise their implementation • Develop partnership to get data from other existing systems and ensure data generation and sharing • Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results. • Assess system performance and make recommendations for software, hardware, and data storage improvements. • Develop and implement procedures for effective data management.
Job Profile
•Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Environmental Economics with a 3 years professional working experience in data management and/or monitoring & evaluation •Or a Bachelor’s degree in the above fields with 5 years’ professional working experience in data management and/or monitoring & evaluation In addition, the Position holder should have •Mature judgment combined with a proactive, energetic approach to problem solving; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; •Strong organizational and time management skills; • Ability to work as a team; •Ability to work under continuous pressure and meet deadlines; •Energetic optimistic approach to all possible problems; •Strong computer skills are mandatory
