Job Description
Job Description The main duties for the Secured Transaction Registration Officer include but not limited to the following tasks: •Conduct formal assessment of all applications for collateral registration (movable and immovable) in adherence to the relevant laws and regulations; •Ensure all data entered in the secured transactions registries is accurate, well maintained and treated with confidentiality; •Provide clear, timely and courteous client feedback over the registration system platforms; •Advise the hierarchical supervisors on the legal issues related to collateral registration and management; •Ensure adherence to the client charter; •Perform any other duties assigned to her/him by the hierarchical supervisors
Job Profile
