Job Lab Technician in ICT Organization IPRC HUYE

Job Description

- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems and printers
- Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
- Walk customer through problem solving process
- Install, modify and repair computer hardware, software and printer
- Install anti
- virus and clean up computers
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and other network systems
- Install computer peripherals for users
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur
Job Profile
Secondary education (A2): in Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, Computer science and Computer science management. Diploma /A1: in Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, Computer science. Relevant experience in the specific field: in Information Technology, Information Communication Technology, Computer science. Comprehensive knowledge of the work practices, processes and procedures in IT essentials Experience of working independently and without close supervision
