Job Description
1.Implement quality audits with respect to academic quality assurance based on approved standards, norms, criteria and indicators of accreditation and academic quality assurance; 2.Participate in and elaborate the development and implementation of action plans related to the academic quality assurance; 3.Implement mentoring and coaching quality management to faculty members based on approved standards, norms, criteria and indicators of academic quality assurance; 4.Implement the communication and data management on quality audits, mentoring and coaching regarding academic quality assurance; 5.Ensure capacity building of academic quality assurance staff regarding academic quality assurance 6.Implement, communicate and collaborate on quality audits, mentoring and coaching regarding academic quality assurance 7.Provide technical and professional advice to her/his supervisor on Academic quality assurance 8.Provide inputs in the setup of the standards, norms, criteria and indicators for accreditation/licensing/quality assurance; 9.Provide inputs in the preparation of procedural and operational guidelines. Carry out any other task assigned by her/his supervisor.
Job Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transport Engineering, Transport & Geoinformation, Technology, Electromechanical Engineering, Electricity Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, Construction, Material Sciences & Engineering, Automation and Control, Process Engineering, Machinery Process and Systems, Information & Communication Technology, Agriculture. Key technical skills and knowledge:
- Good level of Technical Knowledge and Competency in the taught area
- Supervisory and follow up knowledge and skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with students and teaching staff.
- Good organization skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French
