Job Description
Main attributions: Make a pro
- active and significant contribution to the development and implementation of ILPD quality assurance policies and procedure; To assist in the various processes surrounding programs approval and modification and to write reports; Ensuring that ILPD programs (Postgraduate and short courses) are complying with standards, policies and regulations at both national and international level; To ensure that all systems, resources and information devoted to the maintaining and improvement of standards and quality are in place; Monitoring the academic performance of the Institute; Carry out annual institutional self
- assessment and make report thereof. To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate supervisor. To participate in curriculum review and development
Job Profile
Qualification and Experience: Master’s Degree in Education, Law(LLM) with 2 years of working in similar position in a Higher Learning Institution. Skills and competences required: •In
- depth knowledge of the current legal and policy framework for HLI in Rwanda; •Up to date knowledge of quality assurance frameworks within higher education organizations; •An ability to gather information and interpret data for quality enhancement; •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); •Able to make judgments and propose solutions to problems and issues related to quality assurance and regulations, as appropriate.
