Job Committee Clerk (Under Contract) Organization CHAMBRE DES DEPUTES

Job Description
To prepare and follow up the Committee work plan of the Standing Committee; - To provide procedural and analytical support to the Committee; - To assist in the organisation of the oversight exercise of the government's programs; - To attend and prepare Committee meeting reports;-To attend Plenary sittings and incorporate amendments into adopted laws; -To provide administrative support for the better organisation of the work of Committee; - Liaise with other departments for any other activities to be organised by the Standing Committee.
Job Profile
Bachelor degree in Law, Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, Management, Public Finance, Accounting with a minimum working experience of 3 years; or Master's Degree in the above mentioned fields. : Key Technical Skills & Knowledge Required:- Office Administration , Coordimation, planning and organizational Skills; Reporting and presentation skills; Effective communication Skills; Team work ; - Knowledge of Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; -Knowledge of the three languages is an advantage
