Job Description
• Develop Organizational plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. • Support all the employees in the institutions by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions and Ministry of Public services • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards in relation to Administration and Human resources • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks • Report to CFO by analyzing data and using HR metrics
Job Profile
A0 in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialization in Human Resource, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with 3 years of working experience or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Management with Specialization in Human Resource, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences with 1 year of working experience Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of human resources concepts, practices, policies, and procedures;
- Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures;
- Knowledge in Monitoring & System Evaluation;
- Leadership and management skills;
- Planning and organisational skills;
- High Analytical Skills;
- Communication skills;
- Time management Skills
- Interviewing Skills;
- Judgment & Decision making skills;
- Complex Problem Solving Skills;
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
